Programme Bookings

When you book a programme through our website or by contacting us directly:

• You agree to pay the stated programme fee
• Payment is required before the programme start date
• Prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 14 days or more before the programme start date: Full refund
• Cancellations made 7-13 days before start date: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before start date: No refund
• We reserve the right to cancel programmes due to insufficient enrolment or unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided

Parental Responsibility

Parents/guardians remain responsible for their child's behaviour and wellbeing during programme participation.
